| 目的测定117例Klinefelter综合征(Klinefelter‘s syndrome ,KS),37例特发性低促性腺激素性腺机能减退症(idiopathic hypogonadotrapic hypogonadism,IHH),107例唯支持细胞综合征(sertoli-cell-only syndrome,SCOS),30例特发性无精子症(idiopathic azoospermia,IA),40例特发性少精子症(idiopathic oligospermia,IO)患者的性轴激素值,分析各疾病的LH、FSH、T值的差别,探索通过性轴激素测定诊断KS综合征的方法.方法应用放免分析法测定血清性轴激素水平;外周血淋巴细胞用1640培养基常规培养,制片,作染色体核型分析.结果通过测定血清LH、FSH、T值诊断KS,敏感性为94.87%,特异性为95.79%.结论性轴激素水平测定适合于基层医院对KS的诊断. |

| Objective To examine the sex-Hormones of 117 cases of Klinefelter syndrome,37 cases of idiopathic hypogonadotrapic hypogonadism,107 cases of sertoli-cell-only syndrome, 30 cases of idiopathic azoospermia and 40 cases of idiopathic oligospermia. To find a simpler way in diagnosis of Kelinefelter syndrome by statistically analyzing serum levels of luteinizing homone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and Testosterone(T). Method The serum levels of LH,FSH and T were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Blood lymphocyte was cultured for routing chromosome analysis. Result The sensitivity is 94.87%,specifity is 95.79% in Kelinefelter Syndrome diagnosis by serum LH,FSH,T examination. Conclusion Sex-hormone examination has significance in diagnosing klinefelter syndrome. |
