| 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮脑病的MRI、CT表现及其与临床表现、预后间的关系。方法 回顾性分析31例病例的临床资料及MRI、CT表现，按临床表现分为弥漫型和局灶型，分析不同类型的影像学特点及其预后间的关系。结果 系统性红斑狼疮脑病的MRI、CT表现多样：(1)脱髓鞘样改变；(2)大片脑梗塞；(3)腔隙性脑梗塞；(4)脑出血；(5)脑炎样改变；(6)脑萎缩。其中弥漫型的影像学表现多为正常、腔隙性脑梗塞、脱髓鞘样改变，其预后较好；局灶型的影像学表现多为大片脑梗塞、脑出血、脑炎样改变，其预后较差。结论 系统性红斑狼疮脑病MRI、CT表现多样，与临床表现类型以及预后密切相关。影像学检查不仅可发现病变，还可帮助评估治疗效果。 |

| Objective To evaluate the correlations between MRI,CT findings and clinical features, prognosis in systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy (SLEE). Methods A prospective study was conducted on 31 patients with SLEE, which were classified as local and diffuse by clinical features. Results The main MRI,CT findings of SLEE were:(1) demyelination; (2) large patches cerebral infarct ; (3) lacunar infarct; (4) cerebral hemorrhage; (5) encephalitis; (6) encephalatrophy. The main imaging findings of diffuse SLEE which is good prognosis were normality, Lacunar infarct, demyelination; The main imaging findings of local SLEE which is bad prognosis were large patches cerebral infarct, cerebral hemorrhage, encephalitis. Conclusions Though the MRI, CT findings of SLEE is multiple, there were significant correlation between MRI, CT findings of SLEE and clinical type,prognosis. Imaging findings can not only reveal the lesions, but also be of importance in evaluating the response to treatment. |
