| 目的 研究外周血白细胞介素8(IL-8)在再生障碍性贫血(从)发病机制中的作用和临床意义。方法 采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测23例从患者和10例正常人血清白细胞介素8水平。结果 从患者IL-8水平明显高于正常对照组，急性从比慢性从增加更明显，合并感染的从患者IL-8水平明显升高。结论 IL-8可能参与了整个从的发生和发展过程，并有助于判断疾病的严重程度及感染的存在。 |

| Objective To evaluate the role of interleukin - 8 (IL - 8) in the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia (AA) and the clinic significance. Method Serum level of IL - 8 in 23 AA patients and 10 normal controls were examined by ELBA assay. Results Compared with normal control, the levels of IL - 8 were increased significantly, and IL - 8 levels in severe AA group were much higher than those in chronic AA group. IL- 8 levels in patients with infection were increased greatly. Conclusion The results of the study on AA showed that IL - 8 participates in the occurrence and development of AA and indicates the severity and infectious complication of AA. |
