目的 探讨柯萨奇-腺病毒受体(coxsackie-adenovirus receptor,CAR)在外周血不同类型白细胞的表达情况及性别对CAR表达的影响。方法 用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞、粒细胞及单核细胞CAR的平均荧光强度。结果 流式细胞分析表明,男性白细胞CAR的平均荧光强度明显高于女性,差异具有高度统计学意义;淋巴细胞、粒细胞及单核细胞CAR的平均荧光强度变化无统计学意义。结论 外周血白细胞CAR表达具有性别差异,但无类别差异,流式细胞术是检测白细胞CAR表达的一种有效的方法。 |

Objective To investigate the expression of coxsackie - adenovirus receptor (CAR) on leukocytes of various types in peripheral blood and sexual influence. Methods The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) in peripheral blood lymphocyte, monocyte and granulocyte was measured through flow cytomertry. Results The flow cytometric analysis showed that MFI of CAR for male leukocytes was markedly increased compared with female leukocytes, and the differences of CAR MFI among lymphocyte, monocyte and granulocyte were not significant. Conclusion The expression of CAR in peripheral blood leukocytes is different in sex, but not in types. Flow cy tometry is a good technique to examine CAR expression. |
