| 目的 观察微粒化非诺贝特调脂作用及对血清内皮素 (ET - 1 )和一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。方法 42例高脂血症患者给予微粒化非诺贝特 2 0 0mg ,每晚一次 ,8周为 1个疗程。试验前和用药后 8周取血检测相关指标。结果 治疗 8周后血清总胆固醇 (Tc)、三酰甘油 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)、ET - 1显著低于治疗前水平 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)和NO显著升高 (P<0 .0 1 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 微粒化非诺贝特有效降低血脂的同时起到内皮保护作用。 |

| Objective To examine the effects of micronised fenofibrate on the levels of serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO) in hyperlipidemic patients. Methods 42 patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with micronised fenofirate(200 mg a day,8 weeks).Blood lipid and the concentrations of ET-1 and NO were measured before and after 8 weeks treatment.Results The levels of TC,LDL-C and ET-1 decreased significantly while the levels of HDL and NO greatly increased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Micronised fenofibrate may improve hyperlipidemic and the endothelial function by the inhibition of ET-1 secreation and the introducing of NO release. |
