| 目的 观察紫河车复方软膏局部治疗外阴营养不良的临床疗效。方法 设计开放、随机、对照平行组的临床试验 ,利用新鲜紫河车中有效成分制成软膏 ,于病变部位局部用药 ,用 1 %丙酸睾酮软膏作为对照 ,观察疗效。结果 试验组总有效率达 97.5 8% ,治愈率达 67.88% ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。无严重毒副反应发生。结论 复方紫河车外用软膏对外阴营养不良具有良好的治疗作用 ,且具有使用方法简便易行 ,副作用少 ,患者依从性好的优势。 |

| objective To investigate the effective way to cure the vulvae dystrophy. To observe the clinical effect of the vulvae dystrophy treated with placenta factor. Methods 323 patients were randomly allocated either to a treatment group or a control group. The treatment group consisted of 168 patients treated with placenta factor ointment that made from placenta. 1% testosterone propionate was used in the control group.Result The total effective rate of the experiment group was 97.5% and the cure rate was 67.88% that also obviously excelled the control group without serious by-effects. Conclusion Placenta factor ointment has good effects on the vulvae dystrophy and it is simple and easy to do only with a few by-effects. The compliance of patients is good. |
