| 目的 探讨曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死溶栓后心肌功能的影响。方法 67例急性心梗溶栓后 ,随机分成对照组、试验组 ,除常规治疗外 ,试验组加曲美他嗪治疗 1 2周。结果 两组 4周后左室射血分数 (LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率 (LVFS)均较梗死后 1周差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5 ,1 2周后曲美他嗪组LVEF升高 ,较第 1周差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 0 1 ,对照组较第 1周差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 1 ,两组差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 曲美他嗪有助于急性心肌梗死心功能恢复 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on myocardial function in patients with acute myocardial infarction and successful thrombolysis.Methods Sixty seven patients with acute myocardial infarction and successful thrombolysis .Patients were divided into control group and experiment group randomly.The control group were treated with routine therapy while the tester group were treated with Trimetazidine for 12 weeks in addition to routine therapy. Results LVEF and LVFS at the 4th week was markedly enhance than that of the 1st week in both group (P<0.05).LVEF and LVFS was significantly higher at the 12th week than that of the 1th week in tester group (P<0.001),so is the control group (P< 0.01). LVEF and LVFS of tester group was significantly better than control group at the 12th week(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine is beneficial to the recovery of myocardial function in patients with acute myocardial infarction. |
