| 目的 评价地塞米松(以下简称DXM)、碘仿对根管治疗中急症发生情况的影响。方法 对门诊所接诊的318例患者382颗患牙随机分为3组，分别用DXM碘仿，甲醛甲酚(以下简称FC)，生理盐水作为根管消毒剂，观察不同时段各组急症发生情况，并进行统计分析。结果 24h内、48h内、48h后DXM碘仿实验组130颗患牙急症发生率分别为8．46％，3．85％，1．54％；FC对照组127颗患牙急症发生率分别为31．50％，14．17％，4．72％；生理盐水对照组急症发生率分别为：29.60％，20．80％，15．20％。结论 地塞米松碘仿作为根号消毒剂，能明显降低根管治疗中急症的发生率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the influence of DXM and Iodoform on the emergency incidence in treating the root tube. Methods 318 OPD patients of 382 sick teeth were divided at random into 3 groups. DXM & Iodoform , FC and physiological saline were used as root tube disinfectants respectively. Then the emergency incidence of each group at different periods was observed. Results The 130 sick teeth emergency incidences of the experimental DXM & Iodoform group were 8.46%,3.85%and 1.54% within 24 hours,48 hours and after 48 hours respectively; the 127 sick teeth emergency incidence of the FC contrast group were 31.50%,14.17% and 4.72% respectively; the emergency incidence of the physiological saline group were 29.60%,20.80% and 15.20% respectively.Conclusion Administering DXM & Iodoform as root tube disinfectant can reduce significantly the emergency incidence during the root tube treatment. |
