| 目的 评价病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效。方法 回顾 1 997年以来收治并行病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗并获随访的 1 3例脊柱结核病例 ,对其病例选择、手术时机、术后处理及术后康复情况进行回顾分析。结果 1 3例切口全部一期愈合 ,植骨部位骨性融合 ,平均融合时间 4个月。术后后凸平均矫正 2 8°。结论 病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定有利于重建脊柱稳定性 ,纠正和预防脊柱后凸畸形 ,减少或避免结核复发 |

| Objective To evaluate the curative effect of foci debriding and autograft with internal fixation in one-stage in treatment of spinal tuberculosis. Methods 13 patients with spinal tuberculosis received surgery procedures,foci debriding and autograft with internal fixation in one-stage from 1997-2002. Result All incisions of the 13 cases obtained first-grade healing. Mean 28 degrees of kyphosis was corrected without any complication. Bone fusion occurred in 3 to 8 months postoperatively without tuberculosis recurrence. Conclusion It was helpful that foci debriding and autograft with internal fixation in one-stage to restore spinal stability, correct deformity of kyphosis, avoid tuberculosis recurrence. |
