      目的:评价低场强磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)技术在胰胆管病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:48例胆道梗阻患者进行MRCP检查,采用快速自旋回波技术,图像经二维(2D)最大信号强度投影(MIP)后处理,结果:低场MRCP能清晰显示梗阻胰胆管的解剖结构,对胆道梗阻程度和梗阻部位判断的准确率达100%,梗阻原因确诊率达87.5%,结论:低场MR胰胆管造影是安全,可靠的非创伤性的检查方法,适应于各种胰胆管疾病的诊断,可作为该系统疾病诊断的首选方法。

      Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of low field MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP)in diagnosis of biliopancreatie disease. Methods:MRCP was performed in 48 cases of patients with biliary obstruction. Fast spin-echo(FSE)was used and maximum-intensity-projection(MIP)algorithm was made for two-dimensional(2D)reconstruction. Results:Low field MRCP can exhibit the structure of pancreaticobiliary with biliary obstruction. The accaracy of MRCP in detection of the degree and Location of bile duct obstruction was 100%. The accaracy of MRCP for evaluation the cause of obstruction was 87.5%. Conclusion:MRCP is a reliable noninvasive method for depictiong the pancreatic-bile ducts. It may provide an efficient alternative to direct cholangiopancreatography.
