| 目的 探讨人群药物滥用的危险因素。为制定其防制对策和措施提供科学依据。方法 以110例接受戒毒治疗的药物滥用病人为病例组，110例住院病人为对照组，应用病例对照研究方法作流行病学研究，利用SPSS软件包做单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。并分析其主要危险因素之间的交互影响。结果 多因素条件Logistic回归分析显示：户籍所在地、吸烟，毒品危害认知程度，个人经济状况及家人亲友药物滥用情况等5个因素有非常显著性意义。家庭支持度，安慰或关心来源有显著性意义。比数比分别为2.713,8.196,0.100,3.796,14.301,0.845和0.601。结论 城市户籍，吸烟，毒品危害认知程度，个人经济状况，家人亲友药物滥用情况，家庭支持度，安慰或关心来源是药物滥用流行危险因素，预防为主，加强宣教，家庭，社会，单位、学校共同参与，是预防药物滥用的有效途径。 |

| Objective: To study the risk factors of drug abuse and provide the scientific bases for enacting preventive countermeasures and measures.Methods: The 110 drug users were arranged for case groups,the 110 cases in hospital for control groups.The risk factors of drug abuse were studied by the case-control study,the univariable and multivariable Logistic regression analyses.The interactions between the major risk factors were studied. Results:The result of multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that the drug abuse was relative significantly to the location of household register,smoking,recognition degrees to the threat of narcotics,personal economic status,situation of family members and relatives'drug abuse,family support extent,comforting or concerning source. The odds ratio(OR) were 2.713, 8.196, 0.100, 3.796, 14.301, 0.845 and 0.601 respectively.Conclusion:the location of household register,smoking,recognition degrees to the threat of narcotics,personal economic status,situation of family members and relatives'drug abuse,family support extent,comforting or concerning source were the risk factors of drug abuse.These were effective ways to halt the drug abuse and epidemic by strengthening propaganda and education ,calling on families,society,working units,schools jointly participating in the matter. |
