| 目的 观察曲美他嗪对卧位心绞痛的治疗效果。方法 4 2例卧位心绞痛患者在原有治疗不变的情况下 ,加用曲美他嗪 2 0mg ,每天 3次 ,治疗 4w。治疗前后均行平板运动试验 ,观察用药前后的临床效果及运动耐量变化。结果 治疗后患者每周心绞痛发作的次数及硝酸甘油片的用量均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;运动总工作量显著提高 ,至心绞痛发作时间及ST段下降 1mm的时间均明显延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,心率和收缩压乘积轻度变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 曲美他嗪能提高卧位心绞痛患者的运动耐量 ,可作为治疗该病的辅助药物 |

| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of trimetazidine in patients with angina decubitus.Methods: 42 angina decubitus patients with routine treatment were given trimetazidine 20 mg tid for 4 weeks.The tolerance of exercise stress tests was compared before and after therapy.Result:After therapy of trimetazine, angina pectoris attack and consumption of nitroglycerin every week were decreased obviously(P<0.01),and total work load was increased obviously (P<0.01). The time to onset of angina and time to 1mm ST segment depression were prolonged obviously (P<0.01). But the product of heart rate and systolic pressure changed slightly(P>0.05). Conclusion: Trimetazidine can improve the tolerance of exercise stress tests in patients with angina decubitus, may be as an adjuvant drug for the disease. |
