      目的 观察金粉蕨素 (Onychin)的毒性 ,为评价其毒性等级以及拟定临床安全剂量提供依据。方法 采用急性毒性实验方法 ,以一次大剂量给小白鼠灌胃金粉蕨素 ,连续观察小鼠行为活动等指标和毒性反应程度 ,并在实验结束时处死小白鼠进行剖检 ,以获得金粉蕨素初步毒性资料。结果 实验连续观察 14d ,小鼠无明显行为异常 ,也未出现死亡 ,求不出LD50 。结论 本实验设定的最高剂量 6 40mg/kg及其以下剂量对小白鼠均无明显毒性作用 ,提示在临床和药理实验上应用金粉蕨素是安全的

      Aim :To obtain the original toxic materials and evaluate the toxic grade and decide clinical safe dose, we observed the response and extension of the acute toxicity that the big dose Onychin induced the mouse. Methods:Sixty mature healthy mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. After Onychin was administered by pouring it into stomach for 14 days, a series of indexes: symptom, sign, diet, excrement and weight of the mice were observed. All mice were put to death at the end of experiment and abnormalities were examined. Result: Onychin with the biggest dose(640 mg/kg) and below the dose had no obvious toxic response to the mouse. Conclusion:Onychin is safe in clinical application and pharmacology study test.
