| 目的：试用Mac-Lonkey Agar(麦康凯琼脂）为培养基做肠球菌纸片法药物敏感试验，评定其效果。方法：对临床分离的38侏肠球菌，选用8种常用抗生素，按美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会（NCCLS）的操作标准，分别用麦康凯和uller-Hinton Agar(MH琼脂）进行药敏试验，同时用ATB STREP链球菌科药敏系统、ATB Expression微生物鉴定仪进行药敏分析。结果：两种培养基所得的药敏结果与微生物自动分析仪所得的结果相比，三者之间组间F值为0．005，P值大于0．05，差异无显著性；在两种培养基上所测得的各药物抑菌圈直径相比，经t检验均无显著性差异；肠球菌在麦康凯琼脂上生长较MH琼脂好，形成的抑菌圈较MH琼脂明显，边界清楚，易于测定，重复性好，结果可靠。结论：用麦康凯琼脂做肠球菌纸片法药物敏感试验较MH琼脂效果好，方便实用。 |

| Objective: To test the effect of Mac-Lonkey agar culture medium in Enterococcus antibiotic susceptivity.Methods: We selected 38 cases of Enterococcus,8 kinds of antibiotic,and used Mac-Lonkey agar and Muller-Hinton agar to analyse the experiments respectively according to the process of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards.The other group was also tested by using ATB Expression protocol.Results:The result showed that the difference of positive rate in three groups was not significant (F=0.005,P>0.05). Enterococcus growing in Mac-Lonkey agar culture medium was better than that in Muller-Hinton agar culture medium ,and the colony growing in Mac-Lonkey agar culture medium formed a more clear inhibitory ring than that in Muller-Hinton agar culture medium.Conclusion:This result indicated that the Mac-Lonkey agar culture medium was a good and valuable material used in Enterococcus antibiotic susceptivity experiment. |
