| 目的 对有关非淋菌性尿道炎的病原学进行探讨。方法 应用培养法和衣原体抗原快速免疫测定法对 150例非淋菌性尿道炎患者的尿道或宫颈分泌物进行检测。结果 沙眼衣原体阳性 32例 ( 2 1.33% ) ,解脲支原体阳性 35例 ( 2 3.33% ) ,白色念珠菌阳性 18例 ( 12 .0 0 % ) ,人型支原体阳性 1例 ( 0 .67% ) ,白色葡萄球菌阳性 5例 ( 3.33% ) ,其它细菌阳性 9例 ( 6.0 0 % ) ,混合感染阳性 50例 ( 33.33% ) ,其中解脲支原体、人型支原体、沙眼衣原体均阳性 14例 ( 9.33% )。结论 非淋菌性尿道炎的主要病原体是沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体 ,混合感染以解脲支原体、人型支原体、沙眼衣原体均为阳性为主 |

| Objective:To investigate the etiology of patients with nongonococcal urethritis(NGU).Methods:Urethral or ceruical samples of 150 patients with NGU were examined by c-c rapid assay and cultures.Result:It showed that the positive rates of CT,Uu,CD,MH and Staph white were respectively 21.33%(32 cases),23.33%(35 cases),12.00%(18 cases),0.67%(1 cases) and 3.33%(5 cases). The positive rate of other bacteria was 6.00%(9 cases),and that of mixed infection was 33.33%(50 cases).14 cases(9.33%) were positive for Uu+MH+CT among the mixed infection patients.Conclusion:Infection with CT or Uu is main factor causing NGU and mixed infection usually includes infection with Uu,MH and CT meanwhile. |
