      目的 探讨缺血预处理对兔缺血再灌注心肌血流动力学的影响。方法 采用BL - 310多通道记录系统处理对照组、缺血再灌注组和缺血预处理组在不同时点兔血流动力学的有关指标。结果 结扎兔冠状动脉左室支 30min ,再灌注 2 0min ,左室收缩及舒张功能呈进行性下降 ;结扎前行缺血预处理可减轻左室收缩和舒张功能的降低。结论 缺血预处理对缺血再灌注损伤时兔左室功能具有保护作用

      To study the effects of ischemic preconditioning(IP) on cardiac hemodynamics in rabbits,an ischemic-reperfusion model of rabbit was used.BL-310 Multichannel Recording System was used to process some indicators of cardiac hemodynamics in rabbits in different time.The results showed that left venticular systolic function and left venticular diastolic compliance progressively decreased during 30 min of ischemia and 20 min of reperfusion.The ischemic preconditioning before ischemia could inhibit the decrease of left venticular systolic function and left venticular diastolic compliance.The results indicated that IP has a protective effect on left venticular function in ischemia reperfused rabbits.
