| 目的 探讨P2 7蛋白表达与宫颈癌的关系。方法 用免疫组化S -P法检测 4 8例宫颈癌中P2 7蛋白表达。结果 P2 7蛋白高表达率在宫颈癌中为 19% (9/ 4 8) ,而正常宫颈组织中均为高表达 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。P2 7蛋白高表达率与患者年龄、结婚年龄、生育状况、职业及临床分期无关 ,且放疗前后P2 7蛋白高表达率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 P2 7与宫颈癌的发生有关 ,对P2 7蛋白进行检测可为早期诊断宫颈癌提供参考。 |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between P 27 protein expression and cervical carcinomas. Method: P 27 expression was studied in paraffinembeded sections of cervical carcinomas by streptavidin-peroxidase conjugated method. Results:Expression rate of P 27 protein was 19%(9/48) in cervical carcinomas, while that was 100%(18/18) in normal cervical tissue (P<0.05). The expression rate of P 27 was not correlated with age, marriage age, bear condition, profession, clinic stage and radiated therapy.Conclusions: P 27 is related to cervical carcinogenesis and development, it also appears that examining P 27 is helpful for diagnosis of cervical carcinomas. |
