| 目的 研究椿白皮对家兔离体肠管收缩作用的影响。方法 在含钙状态与无钙状态下 ,随椿白皮剂量变化 ,记录离体肠管的收缩幅度。结果 椿白皮对家兔离体肠管收缩作用的影响与椿白皮的剂量有关。含钙状态下 ,当椿白皮的浓度≤ 0 .2 9g/L时 ,肠管的收缩随剂量增加而减弱 ;当椿白皮的浓度 >0 .2 9g/L时 ,肠管的收缩又逐渐增强至原来水平。无钙状态下 ,家兔离体肠管的收缩随椿白皮剂量增加而减弱直至完全消失 ,此时 ,往椿白皮溶液中加入CaCl2 ,肠管的收缩又逐渐恢复到原来水平。对含钙组与无钙组进行统计学t检验 ,含钙组与无钙组肠管的收缩幅度具有显著性差异。结论 椿白皮对家兔离体肠管具有双向调节作用 ,并与细胞内外钙离子的水平有关 |

| Objective: To study the effect of Ailantus Endocuticle on the isolated intestinal smooth muscle of rabbits. Methods: With and without Ca 2 , the contraction range of the isolated intestinal was recorded when using different doses of Ailantus Endocuticle. Results: The effects of Ailantus Endocuticle on the isolated intestinal smooth muscle of rabbits were dose dependent. With Ca 2 , if the dose of Ailantus Endocuticle was less than 0.29 g/L, the contraction range of the isolated intestinal decreased obviously with increasing dosage (P<0.05),and if more than 0.29g/L, the contraction range increased to the level before Ailantus Endocuticle used (P>0.05). Without Ca 2 , the contraction range decreased until diminished with increasing dosage. If Ca 2 was added, the contraction range of the isolated intestinal recovered (P>0.05). The contraction range were significantly different between using Ailantus Endocuticle with Ca 2 and without Ca 2 (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ailantus Endocuticle has two-dimensional regulatory effects on intestinal smooth muscle and its effect is associated with Ca 2 in intracellular and extra-cellular region. |
