| 目的 探讨人胃癌组织中端粒酶的活性表达。方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增法 (temolericrepeatamplificationprotocol,TRAP)检测 4 2例原发性胃癌及相应的癌旁组织中端粒酶活性。结果 在 4 2例胃癌中 ,有 35例端粒酶呈阳性 ,而癌旁组织中仅有 2例阳性。结论 端粒酶激活与胃癌的发生有关 ,并可能成为诊断胃癌的肿瘤标记物 |

| Objective:To investigate telomerase expression in human gastric carcinoma.Method:Telomerase activity in 42 primary gastric carcinomas and tumor adjacent tissues was detected by telomeric repeat complification protocol(TRAP).Result:35 out of 42 (83.33%) tumor samples exhibited telomerase activity.However,telomerase activity in the tumor-adjacent tissues was detected only in 2 of 42 specimens(4.76%).Conclusion:Telomerase expression might contribute to the generation of gastric carcinoma and could be used as the tumor marker of gastric carcinoma. |
