| 目的 探讨沙门氏菌在部分动物、外环境污水和腹泻病人粪便标本中的菌型分布及其对抗生素的敏感性。方法 采用血清学方法对沙门氏菌进行分群和分型 ,采用K -B法进行抗生素敏感性测定。结果 92 4份标本检出沙门氏菌 93株 ,检出率为 10 .1% ,其菌型分布为B群鼠伤寒沙门菌 (8/93)、C2 群纽波特沙门菌 (72 /93)、E1群伦敦沙门菌 (7/93)以及未定型 (6 /93)。 87株沙门氏菌对新霉素和丁胺卡那敏感性最高 ,敏感率均为 10 0 % ,其次为四环素 ,敏感率为 89.7%。结论 本文实验结果可为研究我省沙门氏菌的菌型分布及其对抗生素的敏感性提供参考 |

| Aim: To investigate the distribution of serotypes of Salmonella from some animals, polluted water and feces of diarrhea patients and the susceptibility of the Salmonella to antibiotics.Methods:The group and serotype of the Salmonella were determined serologically and the susceptibility of the Salmonella to antibiotics was detected by Kirby-Bauer method.Results: 93 strains of Salmonella,which consisted of 8 strains of S.typhi-murium of Group B, 72 strains of S.newport of Group C 2, 7 strains of S. london of Group E 1 and 6 undetermined strains,were separated from 924 samples and the percentage of detection was 10.1%. For 87 strains of Salmonella the percentage of susceptibility was as follows: neomycin( 100. 0%) ,amikacinum(100.0%),tetracycline(89.7%),carbenicillin(64.3%),steptomycin(63.2%)and SMZ TMP(13.8%). Conclusion: The data above were useful for the research on the distribution of serotypes of Salmonella and the susceptibility of the Salmonella to antibiotics. |
