| 对30 例颅脑损伤后伴有低氧血症患者早期采用自体携氧血治疗,并与常规治疗组进行对比。结果表明,自体携氧血能改善机体的低氧状态,提高血PaO2 和SaO2 。认为,早期使用自体携氧血,对低氧状态下的脑组织有良好的保护作用,可降低死亡率 |

| The authorreported that30 patients with hypoxia craniocerebralinjury had been treat by blood carrying oxygen ,in comparison with traditional models oftherapyincluding administration ofsupplementaloxygen and privison of a unobstr ucted airway.The results suggested that blood acrrying oxygen oneself could improves the states of hypoxia ,it promotes significantly PaO2 and the markedincreasesin SaO2 as compared with the control( P< 0 .01) .Itis concludedthatblood carrying oxygenis probably usefulin clinical cerebralresuscitation .This therapeutic method is beneficialto decreasing mortality. |
