| 目的 比较抗生素对临床标本中泌尿生殖道支原体的抗菌作用。方法 采用直接肉汤药盘法测定680 例支原体感染患者解脲脲原体(Uu) 和人型支原体(Mh) 对7 种抗生素的药物敏感性。结果 83 株Uu 对四环素、强力霉素、美满霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星的敏感率分别为34 .9 % ,45 .8 % ,47 .0 % ,37 .3% ,57.8 % ,71 .1 % 及31 .3 % ;62 株Mh 对四环素、强力霉素、美满霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星的敏感率分别为27.4 % ,35 .5 % ,33 .9 % ,30 .7 % ,48 .4 % ,56 .4% 及24 .2 % 。535 例Uu和Mh 混合感染者,对交沙霉素最敏感,敏感率为75 .4 % 。结论 泌尿生殖道支原体的药敏监测对指导临床治疗具有重要意义 |

| Objective: To compare the activity of antibiotics againsturogenital mycoplasma from clinical specimens. Methods: susceptibility of 7 antimicrobial agents against ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(Mh) from 680 patients of mycoplasma infection was determined using the direct broth dish method. Results: for 83 strains of Uu the percentage of susceptibility was as follows:tetracycline(34.9%),doxycycline(45.8%),minocycline(47.0%),roxithromycin(37.3%),azithromycin(57.8%),josamycin(71.1%),ofloxacin(31.3%),and for 62 strains of Mh tetracycline(27.4%),doxycycline(35.5%), minocycline(33.9%),roxithromycin(30.7%),azithromycin(48.4%),josamycin(56.4%),ofloxacin(24.2%).The most susceptible antimicrobial agent to both Uu and Mh from 535 patients of mycoplasma infection was josamycin(75.4%).Conclusion: susceptibility detection of urogenital mycoplasma has importment significance before clinical drug treatment. |
