| 应用改良ABC- ELISA 方法检测90 例正常人唾液中的刀豆凝集素(Con A) 和花生凝集素(PNA) 受体。结果表明,正常人唾液中Con A、PNA受体含量较丰富,且性别、年龄组间无明显差别。检测其中部分人血清中Con A、PNA受体,发现血清中Con A 受体含量较唾液中更为丰富,其比值为2 .6∶1 ,而血清中PNA 受体为阴性。本研究的目的在于阐明凝集素受体在人体液中的分布情况以及它们与细胞间的关系,为进一步研究疾病状态下,体液中凝集素受体的变化规律提供依据 |

| The Con-A and PNA receptor in the saliva of the ninety normal todies examinated by improved ABC-ELISA method.The result indicated that the content of the ConA and PNA receptor in the saliva of normal bodies were abudant and there were not obvious difference in the bodies of age or sex.examinating the Con-A and PNA receptor in the blood part of the ninety bodies,We discovered that the Con-A receptor was more adudant in the blood than in the saliva(ratio 2.6:1).But there was not the PNA receptor in the blood.The study suggested the distribution part of the lectin receptor in human extrocellular liquid and the relationship between it and cells. |
