| 本文使用免疫酶标技术 ＡＢＣ法研究了ＨＬ ６０，ＭＧＣ ８０和ＭＣＦ ７三个细胞系中Ｍ ＣＳＦ及其受体的表达，结果表明，在ＨＬ ６０和ＭＣＦ ７细胞系中，Ｍ ＣＳＦ和Ｍ ＣＳＦ受体在细胞膜、细胞质和细胞核中均有表达，而ＭＧＣ ８０细胞系的Ｍ ＣＳＦ和Ｍ ＣＳＦ受体只在细胞膜和细胞质中出现阳性表达，而细胞核未见阳性表达。Ｍ ＣＳＦ和Ｍ ＣＳＦ受体在上述细胞系中，其表达可能暗示上述细胞系存在自分泌现象。此外，本文还讨论了Ｍ ＣＳＦ及其受体的核内分布的可能机制及其意义。 |

| Expression of macrophage colony stimulating factor(M CSF) and M CSF receptor in MGC 80,MCF 7 and HL 60 cell line was studied by immunochemistry technique ABC method.Expression of M CSF and M CSF receptor was detected in the cell membrane,cytoplasm,and nucleus of MCF 7 and HL 60 cell line,and only in the cell membrane,cytoplasm of MGC 80 cell line.These results indecated co expression of M CSF and M CSF receptor in the cell lines,which suggested that there could be and autocrine loop in cell lines above.In addition,the possible mechanism and significance of nuclear M CSF receptor were discussed. |
