| 用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）法，对门诊的５２８例初诊为泌尿道感染患者进行了沙眼衣原体（Ｃｔ）与解脲脲原体（Ｕｕ）检测。结果显示：１７９例为淋球菌阳性，其中ＰＣＲ检测Ｃｔ阳性７１例，阳性率为３９．７％，Ｕｕ阳性７７例，阳性率为４３．０％；在３９４例非淋菌性尿道炎（ＮＧＵ）中，Ｕｕ阳性率为５３．３％（１８６／３４９），Ｃｔ阳性率为２７．２％（９５／３４９）。本研究表明应用ＰＣＲ检测Ｃｔ与Ｕｕ具有敏感性高、特异性强等优点，能为临床泌尿道感染病因学诊断与治疗提供定性依据 |

| In this report,Ct and Uu were detected by polymerase chain reaction technique from 528 patients with urogenital infection in our STD clinic.The results showed that 179 specimens were positive for gonococci.Of the 71 specimens were positive for Ct by PCR and the prevalence was 39.7%,77 were positive for Uu,the positive rates of Uu was 43.0%.Among 394 cases of NGU,186 was positive for Uu(53.3%),95 for Ct(27.2%).The results suggested that it is a sensitive and specific way to dectect Ct and Uu gene by PCR.These studies can provide experimental basis for the diagnosis and treatment of Gu and NGU in the etiology. |
