| Liver tissues from KM mouse isolated by 0.1% tryptic digestion were cultured in DMEM medial. Cells were founded around the tisues after 1 week of culture. Cells covered all of culture plate after 30 days of culture. The liver cells could secret albumin under these culture conditions. The production of albumin arrived at the highest level on 20th day of culture |
