| 目的：研究和分析Ｐ１６蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变（慢性萎缩性胃炎和慢性消化性胃溃疡）中的表达。方法：采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白——过氧化物酶连接法（Ｓ－Ｐ法），检测了３０例癌前病变，３０例胃癌中Ｐ１６蛋白的表达水平。结果：Ｐ１６蛋白阳性表达：胃癌组织５３．３３％（１６／３０）；癌前病变９０．００％（２７／３０）；对照组正常胃组织９６．６７％（２９／３０）。结论：Ｐ１６蛋白表达，胃癌组与正常对照组及癌前病变组间的差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），癌前病变组与正常对照组间差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。 |

| To research and evaluate the expression of P16 protein in the gastric carcinoma and premalignant lesions (chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic peptic ulcer). The expression of P16 protein was examined with a streptavidin peroxidase (S P) system in 30 specimens of gastric carcinoma, 30 gastric premalignant lesions and 30 normal gastric tissues.The positive staining for P16 protein was found in 16/30 (53.33%) cases of gastric carcinoma, 27/30 (90.00%) cases of gastric premalignant lesions and 29/30 (96.67%) control cases of gastric normal tissues. The differences of expression of P16 protein are significant between the case of gastric carcinoma and the control case of normal gastric tissues and the case of gastric premalignant lesions, But there is no significant difference between the case of premalignant lesions and the control case of normal gastric tissues. |
