      本文在昆明种小鼠吸入不同浓度(28,67,100mg/M3)烹调油烟(COF)的情况下,观察小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率和嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率。实验结果显示,吸入COF各剂量组小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率和微核率均随COF浓度上升而增高(P<0.05),且呈剂量反应关系,两率相关系数为0.88,表明COF进入体内后具有一定的体细胞诱变活性。

      The mutagenicity of cook oll fumes(COF) was detected with chromosome aberration test and micronucleus test in bone marrow cells of mice after exposure to COF. The results showed that COF could induce a significant increase (P<0. 05) of chromosome aberration rate at doses of 28, 63, and 100 (mg/m3) respectively compared with negative controls. A close effect relationship clearly existed. COF could induce an increase of mlcronuclei frequencles at various given doses and the correlation coefficient was 0. 88 with chromsome aberration rate and micronucleus rate.The results proved that COF Could induce the increase of chromosome aberration rate and micronuclei frequencies in bone marrow cells of mice.
