| 报告6例C1～C2骨折脱位并脊髓受压，施行衰椎后弓部分切除，枕骨大孔扩大减压，Hartshill-Ransford环固定，自体髂骨植骨颈枕融合术。男4例，女2例，平均年龄32岁。全部获得随访，平均随访时间12个月。全部获得骨性融合。运动、感觉功能恢复正常4例，明显改善2例。作者认为手术的关键是牢固的内固定和彻底的减压。 |

| Six patients with atlanto-axis fracture dislocation concomitant with cervieal spinal card compression were treated with resection of the posterior arch of the atlas,enlargment of the foremen magnunm,Hartshill-Ransford loop internal fixation and illio bone grafting. There were 4 males and 2 females with an average age of 32 years. All patients were followed-up for an average of 12 months. Bony unin was obtained in all cases. The motor and sensory functions were recovered in 4cases,significantly improved in 2 cases. Complete decompression and rigid internal fixation were the key of this operation, |
