| 基于亚甲蓝可捕获羟自由基生成无色加合物的特性，建立了可见分光光度法检测羟自由基的方法。该方法简便，灵敏，稳定性好，而且价廉。用该方法检测Ｆｅｎｔｏｎ反应中的羟自由基，捕获率可达３３％。 |

| A visible spectrophotometric method for determining hydroxyl radical has been established based on the characteristic that methylene blue can captures hydroxyl radical to form colourless adduct.The method is simple,sensitive, stable and cheap.The method ha,been used to determine the hydroxyl radical in Fenton reaction and the capttired ratio of hydroxyl radical can be approached to 33%. |
