| 本文应用胶原、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为碘的载体，制成胶原－聚乙烯吡咯烷酮－碘，一种治疗骨髓炎的植入式缓释体，并在室温保存条件下对其稳定性及存放１８０ｄ后的杀菌效果进行了观察。结果表明：在室温下，碘化胶原存放１８０ｄ后，有效碘仅下降０．６６％，此时对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌具有较强的杀灭能力。 |

| Collagen - Polyvinylpyrrolidone-Iodine(C-PVP-I) was prepared and its stability and germicidal efficacy was observed.The results indicated that the decrease rate of available iodine was 0.66%after storage for 180 days at room temperature.A solution of the C-PVP-I contaning 12.5mg/Lavailable indine with 5 min Contact time could kill 100% of staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.When 20 % Calf serum was added to the bacterial suspension,the germicidal efficacy decreased. |
