| 收集２０例乳腺叶状囊肉瘤临床病理资料进行回顾性研究：叶状囊肉瘤多发生于中年妇女，低度恶性１２例，中度恶性５例，高度恶性３例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测雌激素受体（ＥＲ）和孕激素受体（ＰＲ），结果表明：１８例ＥＲ阳性（阳性率９０％）＇１５例ＰＲ阳性（阳性率７５％），３例高度恶性型ＥＲ、ＰＲ均为强阳性。 |

| Clinical pathological materials of 25 cases with breast cystosarcom phylloides were collocted and reviewed . Among 20 cases the Immunohistochemisery PR and ER was measured. Strong positive was shown on three malignant cases.The observation of the patients showed that this type of tumor had a inclination to middle agedwomen,slow development history of enlarged repidly in a short period and no pain in most cases,the cause might have something to do with the level of estrogen.The Immunohistochemistry result showed that.Positive reaction level of Immunohistochemistry might have something to do with the malignant level of the tumor. Surgery is the major treatment. |
