| 本文报道用光量子血疗３０例糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效，显效６６．７％，总有效率９６．７％。并进行５项血液流变学指标检测，全血粘度比、血浆粘度比、红细胞压积、血小板粘附率、纤维蛋白原均有高度显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。并结合有关资料进行疗效分析，讨论该疗法在治疗中的作用及机理。 |

| The effect of treatment were observated in 30 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with ul-lravioleted, good efffective rate was 66. 7%, total clinical responase rate was 96. 7%. The seven blood rheology were measured, the blood reductive viscosity was significantly different (P< 0.05), comparative blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythyocy electrphovesis, platelet adherent rate, fbrinogen were significant difference (P<0. 01). The efficacy was Analysed, and the mechanism of this theraphy was discussed. |
