| 应用大肠癌单抗Ｈｂ３、花生凝集素（ＰＮＡ）、癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）分别对６０例慢性溃疡性结肠炎（ＣｕＣ）和２０例大肠癌进行综合研究。结果表明：大肠癌Ｈｂ３反应的阳性率为８０％（１６／２０），ＰＮＡ为８５％（１７／２０），ＣＥＡ为９０％（１８／２０）；三种肿瘤标记物均为阳性者１４例，占７０％，其中各有一项阳性者，共１９例，占９５％。ＣｕＣ对Ｈｂ３、ＰＮＡ、ＣＥＡ反应的阳性率分别为４１％（２５／６０）、３４％（２０／６０）和５３％（３２／６０）；三者均为阳性者１８例，占３０％，三种肿瘤标记物有一项阳性者共４０例，占６６％；１２例胎儿大肠粘膜全为阳性，而正常大肠粘膜几乎全为阴性。由此作者认为，上述改变，特别是这三种肿瘤标记物综合检测，其阳性率之高，不但有利于进一步证实ＣｕＣ确实发生了类似大肠癌的生化改变，亦进一步支持了ＣｕＣ实为大肠癌的癌前期疾病。因此我们认为，在今后的研究和临床工作中，对某一组织，若应用多种肿瘤标记物进行综合检测，对于早期癌及癌前病的发现与诊断比应用单一标记物更有实用性和可靠性。 |

| Monoclonal antibody Hb3 against human large bowel carcinoma,biotinconjugated peanut agglutinin(PNA)and monoclonal antibody against human carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)were used to study 60 cases of chronic ulcerative colotis(CuC) and 20 cases of large bowel cancer.The results showed that the positive rates of Hb3,PNA and CEA in large bowel carcinomas were respectively 80%, 85%and 90%. In 70%large bowel carcinomas,all of Hb3,PNA and CEA were positive. In 95%large bowel carcinomas,one of Hb3,PNA and CEA was positive. In chronic ulcerative colitis the positive rates of Hb3,PNA and CEA were respectively 41%,34%and 53%,In 30%CuC,all of Hb3,PNA and CEA were positive.In 66%CuC,one of Hb3 PNA and CEA was positive. In addition ,all of 12 cases of fetal large bowel mucosa showed positive reaction to Hb3,PNA and CEA,Almost all of normal large bowel mucosa showed negetive. It is suggested that synthetical detecting of these three tumor markers(Hb3,PNA and CEA) was benifitial to identify that CuC actually has simillar biochemical change to large bowel carcinomas and to support that CuC is a pre-cancerous disease of the large bowel cancer.The authors considered that the synthetical detection of these three tumor markers is more practical and accurate than use of one of Hb3,PNA and CEA. |
