| 本文观察了微量内毒素对动脉壁平滑肌细胞的促增殖作用及硝苯吡啶对这一作用的影响。结果发现：在一定范围内，内毒素具浓度依赖性促平滑肌细胞增殖作用，且以培养液中浓度为１０－７ｇ／ｍｌ作用最强。硝苯吡啶可显著抑制内毒素的这一作用。提示（１）内毒素通过促进平滑肌细胞的增殖而与动脉粥样硬化的形成密切相关；（２）内毒素的促平滑肌细胞增殖作用与细胞内外Ｃａ２＋的跨膜运转有关。 |

| The effect of endotoxin-stimulated proliferation on porcine aorta smooth muscle cells(SMC) was investigated.The results show that a low level of endotoxin can accelerate SMC proliferation with a dose dependent relationship to a certain degree(The most significant effect appears when endotoxin concentration in medium is 107g/ml).and nifedipine exerts an inhibitory influence on this multiplication.We hereby conclude that:(1)endotoxin may associate with the formation and development of atherosclerosis by stimulating SMC multiplication;(2) the endotoxin -accelerated proliferation of SMC is relevant to Ca2-trans-memberane transferation. |
