| 对４０例急性肾功能衰竭和２８１例慢性肾功能衰竭患者共进行了２５４６次血液透析治疗。结果表明：急性肾功能衰竭血透组共血透１６１次，治愈率（１００％）远较同期急性肾功能衰竭治疗对照组（３６．４２％）高（ｐ＜０．０１）。血透最常见包性并发症为发热（６．３２％）；慢性肾衰血透组共血透２３８５次，最常见急性并发症为低血压（４．３３％），其１、２、３和４年生存率分别为４０．３７％、１８．５２％、４．８１％和１．４８％，较同期慢性肾衰对照组之生存率明显高（ｐ均＜０．０１）。提示急性肾衰患者早期血透愈后较佳，慢性肾衰患者血透可提高生存率。并对血透并发症之防治进行了讨论。 |

| The 2546 hemodialysis were undergone in 40 cases of acute renal failure(RF)and 281 patients with chronic RF. The results showed that the cure rate was 100% in acute RF patieats with dialyses, which was markedly higher than that in control ones(P<0.01); the most common acute dialytic complication was fever(6. 32%).The 1 year, 2 year, 3 year and 4 year survival rates were 40.37%, 18.52%, 4.81%and 1.48%, respectively in chronic RF patients with dialyses, which were greatly higher than those in control ones (P<0.01); and hypotension was a prominent dialytic complication(4.32%). It's suggested that a favorable prognosis can be made in acute RF and the survival rate of chronic RF can be improved after prompt hemodialyses. Further more, the prevention and treatment of dialytic complications are discussed here. |
