| 本文报告１０４例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ），其中６７例合并有低血糖症。ＨＩＥ是围产期脑损伤的常见原因，而伴有低血糖时可加重脑损伤。提出早期监测并防治新生儿低血糖可减轻ＨＩＥ的临床症状，提高生命质量，减少后遗症。 |

| The analyses showed that 67 cases suffered from hypoglycemia in 104 cases of neonate hypoxic and ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).HIE was the frequent cause of the brain injury and the latter could become more serious when the case suffered from hypoglycemia simultaneously.Monitoring,preventing and treating the disease in time could mitigate the clinical symptom,raise the quality of life and reduce the sequelae. |
