| 本文用链脲佐菌素（ＳＴＺ）复制了实验性Ⅰ型糖尿病（ＩＤＤＭ）动物模型，给药两周后，糖尿病雌性大鼠在动情间期血清Ｅ２水平较对照组明显降低，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值下降，但血清ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｔ水平与对照组比较无明显差异。实验结果提示：ＩＤＤＭ雌鼠生殖功能异常可能与Ｅ２水平，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值降低有关。 |

| Diabetes was induced in adult female wistar rats with a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin,The mechanism of reproductive failures was studied in female diabetic rats.Two weeks after using streptozotocin,the result showed that the serum levels of estrodiol(E2)and the ratio of serum E2 to testosterone(T)were significantly lower in diabetic rats than in contrbls. No changes were found between diabetes and control in serum levels of T,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone.These results indicate that the reproductive failures of female diabetic rats may have relation with decreased serum levels of E2 and ratio of serum E2 to T. |
