      本文对大鼠肝癌形成早期脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的变化规律进行了系统观察。结果表明:LPO含量从DEN(二乙基亚硝胺)注射后第二周开始逐渐上升,到第五周肝癌结节形成时达最高水平。GST活力在第一周上升,且可为含AAF(0.02%N-2-乙酰氨基笏)饲料的喂养而增强。GSH-PX和CAT活力均在第三周后逐渐下降。上述变化的有序性、规律性及其相互关系表明,脂质过氧化物增加及其清除酶系统机能障碍在肝癌早期病变形成中起重要作用。

      The content of lipid peroxide(LPO)and the activities of Glutathione-s-tramsferase(GST),glutathione perosidese(GSH-PX)and catalase(CAT)were determined in the livers of rats during the early stage of hepatocarcimogenesis.The results showed that the content of LPO increased successively from the second week after the injection of diethyluitrosamine(DEN)and decreased somewhat on the sixth week;Also the activitv of GST increased significanthy on the first week and was enhanced on the third week after uplake of N-2-acetytamin of luorene(AAF)in diet.However,the activities of GSH-PX and CAT elecreased progressively after the third week.The sequence regularity and relationship of the abak changes indicated that cipid peroxidation plays an inportart rote in the early stage of hepatocarcinogenesis.
