| 本文报道了２２例经手术病理证实的肺炎症假瘤，占同期支气管肺肿瘤的２．４５％，占肺良性肿瘤的２０．５６％。胸部Ｘ线及ＣＴ检查，病变在两肺上叶占５４％，肿块边缘清楚１４例，模糊８例，其中２例有放射性毛刺，３例有分叶，２例有空气支气管征。病理分型：浆细胞肉芽肿型９例，假性淋巴瘤型１例，硬化性血管瘤型７例，纤维组织细胞型５例。并对本病临床表现、炎症假瘤发生部位与临床症状的关系，肺炎症假瘤与肺癌、肺结核瘤的鉴别诊断，一此与肺炎症假瘤有关的特殊Ｘ线征象，及其治疗、预后进行了讨论。 |

| Twenty two patients with inflammatory pseudotumor(called IPT for short)of the lung treated by surgery and confirmed by pathology in our hospital during lately 20 years are reported on here, which accounted for 2. 45% of 540 cases of bronchopulmonary tumors and 20.56%of 107 patients with bengin pulmonary tumors.Among the 22 cases examined with X-ray and CT in chest,54%whose lesions were located in both uppre lobes,14 were with clear cut border and 8 with vague border(2 radioactive burr,3 dlviding lobe and 2 air-bron -chial sign). Microscopically,they were divided into 4 types according to the predominant cells and structure:plasma granuloma(9 cases) pseudolymphoma(1 case),hemangioma type (7 cases)and fibrohistio cytic type(5 cases)Lastly, their clinical manifestations,reationship between their symptoms and position of IPT,differential diagnosis from carcinoma and tuberculom,some special X-ray signs associated with IPT,and their treatments are discussed. |
