| 本文研究了绞股蓝总皂甙对内毒素休克的家兔血液某些成分的影响。实验结果发现：绞股蓝总皂甙能降低内毒素休克家兔３Ｐ试验的阳性率，使ＰＴ波动在正常范围；纤维蛋白原消耗减少；休克开始发生的时间推迟，休克维持时间延长。提示绞股蓝有明显的抗内毒素休克，预防继发性ＤＩＣ的作用。 |

| We investigated the preventive ettect of Gypenosides(GPs )against andotoxin-induced DIC in rabbit.We observed that GPs obviously attenuated endoxin-induced positive rate of 3P and consumption of fibrnogen. We also found that GPs could postpone the starting time of endotoxic shock and maintain PT in normal level.The results suggest that GPs have a significant protective effect against endotoxic shock and prevent from subsequent DIC. |
