| 本研究采用原子吸收分光光度法对三硝基甲苯中毒性白内障患者头发中５种元素进行了分析。结果表明：中毒性白内障患者发钙、锰、铁含量显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。锌含量显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），钙、锌变化与白内障期别直线相关（ｎ＝７０，ｒ分别为０．５９，－０．５８），元素比值明显改变。并就中毒性白内障的形成与各元素变化的关系进行了理论性探讨。 |

| Five sorts of hair elements were determined by the atomic absorption spectrophotometry in this study.And the content of each hair element in normal group and patients with cataract was compared.The results showed that the valuse of calcium,manganese and iron and the ratio of calcium/copper and calcium/zinc increased significantly,the valuse of zinc and the ratio of zinc/copper decreased significantly in patients with TNT toxic cataract.Furthermore,the roles of these elements in the formation of TNT toxic cataract were discussed. |
