      在豚鼠离体支气管肺灌流系统及兔胸主动脉淋浴灌流系统中10mA电解克氏液2min,支气管肺灌注压显著增高(p<0.01),组织胺反应性明显增强(p<0.01),兔胸主动脉乙酰胆碱诱导内皮细胞释放的内皮衍生松弛因子明显减少(p<0.01),而羟自由基清除剂显著性抑制电解性氧自由基的作用。结果提示氧自由基可诱发离体肺收缩及支气管高反应性产生。
英文摘要:
      In isolated perfused lung of guinea pig and superfusion cascade system of rabbit thoracic aorta, airway perfusion pressure (PPaww) and histamine reactivity were increased signifjcantky (p<0.01) after krebs solution was electrolyzed (direct current, 10mA, 2 min)at the same time, release of EDRF induced by Ach was decreased significantly (p<0.01).The hydroxyl radicals scavenger inhibited the role of oxygen free radicals significantly.The result indicated that oxygen free radicals could induce bronchial constriction and bronchial hyperreactivity.
