| 本文通过对单克隆抗体Hb_3在胃良恶性组织和正常胃粘膜间接免疫荧光组化反应的观察,结果发现Hb_3在胃癌性组织阳性率为72.2%,高分化腺癌阳性率高于低分化腺癌,其荧光染色也较强,提示高分化腺癌可能含有较多的Hb_3对应抗原。胃粘膜重度非典型增生阳性率为60%,与癌性组织比较差别没有显著意义(P>0.05)。良性病变和正常胃粘膜阳性率为20.7%,与癌性组织比较差别有高度显著意义(P<0.005)。实验结果说明Hb_3在免疫病理中结合细胞形态对鉴别胃良恶性疾病组织和胃癌的分化程度有一定的作用,尤其对胃粘膜非典型增生的鉴别诊断、追踪病情变化,早期发现癌变有重要的意义和价值。 |

| With indirect immunofluorescence, human benign, malignant and normal tissues in stom ach were examined with monoclonal antibody Hb_3 in order to learn the distribution and location of cancer-associated antigens in these tissues.
The results indicated that the positive rate of Hb_3 in gastric carcinomas was 72.2% (26/ 36). In well-differentiated adenocarcinomas,the rate of positive reactions of Hb_3 was higher than that in moderately and poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas. The fluorescence staining of Hb_3 in well differentiated adenocarcinomas was strong,which implied that well-differentiated adenocarcinomas contained more CA-Hb_3. The rate of positive reactions of severe atypical proliferations was 60% (3/5). This differentiation in comparison with the positive rate of gastric carcinomas was insignificant (P>0.05). However,the positive rate of benign tissues in gastric diseases and normal gastric mucosae was 20.7% (6/29). The differentiation in compar-ison with the positive rate of gastric carcinomas was significant (P<0.005)
All the results showed that with cellular morphology, Hb_2 would be useful in differential diagnoses of benign and malignant tissues of gastric diseases as well as in the diffderentiation of gastric carcinomas and that it would be especially valuable in differential diagnoses,follow-up morbid change of gastric atypical proliferations and early diagnoses of gastric carcinomas. |
