| 在结扎法重睑成形术中,由于是盲法操作,术中因损伤血管而产生术后眼睑血肿和瘀斑的并发症发生率较高。作者设计了一种连接冷光源的透照眼睑板可清晰地透照眼睑血管,使术者能在无血管区定点缝扎,从而能避免损伤血管。作者已用此法做重睑术10例(共20只眼),无一例出现眼睑血肿和瘀斑,水肿消退时间为3～5天。本文介绍了透照眼睑板的设计、技术要求、作用原理、操作方法,并讨论了它的实用意义。 |

| During the doubling eyelid operation of suturing method, eyelid blood vessels are often damaged because of blind suturing, the secondary haematoma and ecchymosis are quite common. We have designed a new kind of transilluminating eyelid plate connected with powerful cold light source. This device can transilluminate the eyelid, and the blood vessels of the eyelid clearly. Therefore, the vessels' injuries can be avoided.. The authors have performed the doubling eyelid operation for 10 patients(20 eyes)with the new device. None of the patients got damaged blood vessels or subsequent haematoma and ecchymosis. The slight swelling disappeared four or five days later. The designing of the new device, its technical requirement, and fundamental principles as well as the operating method are introduced, and its practical usefulness is also discussed in this paper. |
