| 我院近3年来共收治输尿管结石患者459例,其中作 ESWL212例(A 组),行开放性手术取石247例(B 组)。本文对 A 组在作输尿管插管前后的碎石效果以及 A 组与 B组手术成功率、治疗次数和并发症等进行了比较,指出大多数输尿管结石可采用 ESWL,而碎石前适当的腔道泌尿外科技术处理乃是提高疗效的关键。它不仅可以协助定位,提高碎石效果,而且能帮助术后排石和减少并发症。 |

| Four hundreds-fifty-nine cases of ureteral stones have been treated in our hospital in the past 3 years.ESWL was performed for 212 cases (group A),and surgical for 247 cases(group B).A comparative study between the 2 groups has been carried out in regard to operative result,times of treatment and complications.The results revealed that ESWL is advisable for most of ureteral stone.whereas ureteral catheter- ization prior to ESWL is very key to the improvement of the therapeutic result.This procedure not only reduces the times of the treatment but also helps in the elemination of the stone debris. |
