| 本文采用Q开关Nd:YAG激光虹膜切开术治疗早期原发性闭角型青光眼(虹膜膨隆型)39例51只眼。49只眼一次透切成功。经在长前与术后不同时间测量前房轴深与周边前房深度,临床上与统计学上均未显示中央前房加深。术后前房加深仅限于周边部。本文结果支持目前所认为的瞳孔阻滞发病学说。 |

| Q-Switched Nd: YAG laser iridotomy was used to treat 51 eyes with primary angle closure glaucoma (iris bombe) Useful iridotomies were made for almost all cases in one session. We measured the central and peripheral anterior chamber depth before and after laser iridotomies at different time. Increase in the central anterior chamber depth postoperatively was not observed either clinically or statistically The true deepening of anterior chamber is confined to the peripheral. This result is consistent with the presently acce pted concept of angle closure caused by pupillary block |
