| 本文应用PYLL、E—D—PYLL及减寿率等指标分析衡阳市1984～1988年死因资料,描述了主要死因的时间、地区和年龄分布及其时间变动趋势,并讨论了上述指标的优越性。认为PYLL能明确主要死因超前死亡的相对重要性,可作为衡量居民健康水平的较好定量指标。 |

| The article described the application of the indicators of potential years of life lost (PYLL), PYLL after elimination of the causes of death (E-D-PYLL), Rate of PYLL to the analysis of the mortality data in the residents in Hengyang from 1984 to 1988, the distribution of major causes of death in terms of time, location and age as well as the trend of time were described. The advantages of the indicators PYLL, E-D-PYLL, Rate of PYLL were discussed. It revealed that these indicators could define the relative importance of major causes of premature death and also be designed as the better quantifing indicators in judging the health level of residents. |
