| 本文报道一家系三代18个成员,其中12例患原发性高血压病。临床表现经常性头痛、头晕、心烦、心慌、心悸、疲乏、视力模糊,BP>20/13.3kpa.除5例已病故外,对余下13人作24小时尿钠钾离子测定及有关检查。6人钠排泄量>217mmol,6人均为正常高值,1人钠钾排泄完全正常;8人钾排泄量>100mmol,4人均属正常低值. |

| The main content of this paper is that it presents eignteen members of three geserations in a family, among whom twelve have suffered from essential hypertension. Their clinical headaches, dizzy feelings, vexation, nervousness, palpitation, weariness, hazy eyesight and BP>20/13.3 kpa. with 5 already dead, the rest ( 13 in all) were advised to undergo an experiment to determine the ions of the sodium and the Potassium excreted in their urine within 24 hours and other examinations concerned. As a result, the amount of the sodium of 6 members was larger than>217 mmol, that of the other 6 members was normally high. Only one member's excretion of sodium and potassium was absolutely normal. Aa for the amount of potassium discharged, eight members were higher than>100 mmol, four were normally low.
This is quite rare to have discovered that so many people in a family of three generations have been athected by hypertension. |
