| 本文采用以人群为基础的1:2病例—对照研究,对上海市卢湾区吉安、济南两街道102例脑血管病病例及204例对照进行调查。经多因素条件Logistic回归分析,结果表明:高血压、心脏病、TIA及情绪易激动是脑血管病的重要危险因素。而糖尿病、脑血管病家族史等仅在单因素分析中有显著性意义。 |

| One hundred and two cases of cerebrovascular disease derived from a population survey in Jian, Jinan Streets, Luvan District, Shanghai and two hundreds and four matched controls from same population were studied. The results of conditional logistic regression analysis shown that hypertension, cardiac disease, TIA and emotional sensitivity were important risk factors of cerebrovascular disease. But diabetes mellitus, family history of cerebrovascular disease and others were only significant in univariate analysis. |
